You know Athene, the best paladin in the world (also not the best poker player but a pretty decent domestic abuse victim) ? Well, that's me, sorta. Except with customer relations.
Doubts ? Disputations ? Dialecticitizations ? PROOF!

Subject: I would like my bet refunded due to you misleading your users.
So, I just checked the BLF May bet to find that you resolved it to a "no".
Based on this this thread in the bitcoin forum, you claim,
We already had a long discussion over this in #bitcoin-assets so dunno why the need to repeat. What you have read and where have you ordered has nothing to do with what they advertised. Yes the page went from 1 usb cable, to two usb cables to usb cable and a brick. But all that isirrelevant. Peformance is at least gh/s/w or else a box of gpus will do.
I was unaware that power consumption would be part of the bet as it made no mention of power consumption whatsoever. You decided that power consumption would be part of the bet and failed to inform your users of this decision, therefore misleading them.
Your claim for including power consumption in the bet rests on details
posted in a forum in 2012, yet at the time the bet was created, BFL had
already posted details that the power consumption would be 7.5W per chip, as can be seen here:
Therefore, your decision was clearly wrong, based on your own reasoning. There was also mention that you actually betted 20 BTC on "no" which would be a conflict of interest and a good reason for you to ignore the evidence.
I did not take part in the May bet, but I did take part in the July 1st bet. By failing to inform me of vital information, you've blatantly misled me. I never would have taken part in the bet if I knew power consumption
was included. Why on earth would I when I knew it was about 6 times over the initial power spec? I made that bet because it didn't mention anything about power consumption and the only advertised performance I've ever seen was GH/s.
So, I would like a refund. My address in the July bet is:
I dutifully reply (at 8:41 am, let it be noted, so within 20 minutes, you hear that, Karpeles ?) :
So you lost and you would like your bet refunded. Great.
Since we're doing "I would likes", here's mine : I would like to fuck your wife (due to you being an idiot). If you don't have one (which'd be unfortunate but perhaps not unexplainable) please get married asap. I expect to receive this wife of yours at the following address : 1wilfulstupidityrules1337, and let me point out to you that by failing to inform me of the vital information of whether you're married or not and also failing to provide tits in time you're now to gtfo.
The moral of the story, of course, being that.———
