Well, if he sold at the proper time that would have been about 10.000$ (nearly 6000$ easily at the time of posting). The sad thing is that most romanian people don't save that amount even in a year or even more while working full time jobs :D

The funny thing is that yes they do, the ones who had enough sense to be on fain back when I was still running it. It allowed withdrawals in Bitcoin, at current prices, and for all of 2011 it was by far the vast majority of all the Bitcoin any Romanians ever had.
Of course, most Romanians knew better, and it's served them oh so very well.
