Deci piata financiara, bine ?

Sa zicem ca exista ceva companie de-asta virtuala de-si zice ASICMINER, care o strins ceva bani de-astia virtuali de le zice Bitcoin chipurile pentru a produce ASICⁱ-uri de minat. Au ei ceva pont in China si vor face ASIC-uri dintr-un buget de citeva milioane, in conditiile in care sub o suta de milioane nu discuti de-asa ceva. Teoria lor e dupa mintea mea echivalenta cu teoria ca-si va face Nelutu' de la doi fabrica de avioane in garaj, pe banii de pe casa lu' tac-su care-o murit.

Sa zicem ca exista un cetatean care nu prea crede in viitorul lor. Logic ar fi atunci sa imprumute cetateanul ala niste actiuni de-ale lor, pe care sa le vinda. Si iata ca intr-adevar, chiar asa :

Shares Lending Agreement

This agreement entered today, the 19th of September 2012, between
Lendee, Mircea Popescu, as mircea_popescu, undersigned
Lender BTC-Mining, as Namjies, undersigned

For the purpose that the Lender shall lend to the Lendee a block of 1247 shares in ASICMINER on GLBSE by transmitting them to Michael "smickles" Carver ;
And that the Lendee shall pay to the Lender on October the 19th, November the 19th and December the 19th any and all such dividends as the shares accrued in the interval since the lending (for the first date) or since the previous payment (for the later dates) ;
And that the Lendee shall pay to the Lender on October the 19th, November the 19th and December the 19th 1% of average price of ASICMINER during the 5 days previous as reported by GLBSE, except should there be no trades during the previous five days he shall pay nothing on this count ;
And that the Lendee shall cause the shares be returned to the Lender on December the 19th, 2012, or at his preference pay their value calculated as the average price during the past five days, except if ASICMINER should have become discontinued or are no longer traded in which case a token payment of 1 BTC shall be sufficient.

Further stipulated that the Lender shall pay the fees for transferring to the Lendee, and the Lendee shall pay the fees for transferring back to the Lender, if any.

Signed by each party for the benefit of the other.

Si-asa ca iata noua economie in toata splendoarea ei. Avem gpg deci putem semna, avem bitcoin deci putem tranzactiona. Astea doua elemente impreuna rezolva complet problema, si-s o solutie si mai simpla si mai ieftina decit precedenta.
