1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the USG-funded training.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/20/2010. Post is authorized to include the following individuals in USG-funded training:
