I want to know the development of Eulora. Why not create a forum like bitsharestalk.org.

The reason is that on one hand the engineers working on it aren't the reddit type (not the age, not the personality), and on the other because it's a lot of work leaving them relatively little time they wish to spend talking about it. I have enough trouble getting them to submit to the very little reporting and management red tape I use, if I insisted they talk to the Internet on top of it they'd likely quit.
On the other hand, I don't see much value in encouraging the typical use of web venues, which is rampant nonsense and speculation built on attentional, belief and confirmation bias, availability cascades, backfire, cheerleader and bandwagon effects, conjunction fallacies and all the rest of the good stuff the "general public" blesses public discussion on technical topics with.
Finally, on the third hand, it's generally my belief that government and society should be distinct endeavours in all fields. Consequently, it's not my job to make the forum where Eulora is discussed any more than it's Obama's job to publish the newspapers where his administration is discussed. If people care enough to speculate about this (or any other topic) they are more then welcome to do so, individually or in groups, and should such a group form and wish the easement of a forum, why there's plenty of solutions already on the web to satisfy all tastes and needs.
