(U) PolOff confirmed the following five organizations have participated and filed from Finland for the Universal Periodic Review: --Amnesty International --VIKE Centre for Human Rights for Persons with Disabilities --Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland --Seksuaalinen tasavertaisuus (National Organization for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights in Finland) --Society for Threatened Peoples The Council of Europe ECRI report has also been contributed to the review. Since Finland is in the first cycle, the deadline has passed. PolOff confirmed reports have been posted to the OHCHR contributions website. WARE
