If you look carefully, most hair and plenty of skin care products have urea in some form or other. It's really not that bad for her, biologically.

It's appealing to very deeply burried structures in the brain, piss is warm liquid coming out of the body, and a very solid basis for intimacy for this reason (Ever heard "giving your blood for your country" ? What do you think that is based on, exactly ? "Country" represented as a woman, all that "paid in blood", "covered with heroic blood" etc rethoric, what is it ? And why'd one expect the reptillian brain to distinguish blood and piss in this application ?)

It's further appealing to less well burried structures in the brain : all preditorial mammals mark their territory with urine, it's conceivable why some part of the woman'd revel in being similarly marked, and some part in the man revel in the marking.

That said, most people can go through life just fine without ever bothering with any of the foregoing - which is more like a maximal discussion of possibility than any sort of bill of requirements.
