		<description>3-digit satoshis per second comes to at most some 0.006 BTC per block, which is significantly less than the amount of tx fees collected in all of the latest blocks. Even accounting for the 6 BTC of copper sold in the last 24 days it remains below 0.008 BTC per 10-minute period. The latest blocks seem to be getting at least 10 times that much. 

What am I doing wrong?</description>
