This marks the 22nd monthly statement for MPOE and the 14th monthly statement for MPEx.

To formalise previously informal tradition : monthly results are published as soon as possible after the end of the Option month (last Friday of the month). To date this "as soon as possible" worked out to less than two hours.

These monthly reports are considered drafts, and open to public commentary for one day (until Saturday). Changes in this interval are possible.

At the end of Saturday dividends are paid out via MPEx on S.MPOE shares, and interest payments take place (along with the returning of any bonds fallen under the 100 BTC minimum).

Bondholders can submit further capital or change the interest rate on existing bonds freely until the end of Sunday, with their changes counting for the starting month.
